After a considerable break, renowned star Pooja Hegde has secured a major South Indian project. Recently, we hinted at Pooja Hegde being considered for a significant Tamil film, and now it’s official. Pooja Hegde is confirmed as the female lead in the upcoming movie by Suriya and Karthik Subbaraj.
This marks Pooja Hegde’s third venture in Tamil cinema, following her roles in Mugamoodi and Beast. Following a streak of unsuccessful films, Pooja Hegde is set to bounce back with this highly anticipated project. Additionally, she is currently involved in Sanki, a Hindi film where she stars alongside Ahan Shetty. Filming for Suriya and Karthik Subbaraj’s project is slated to commence in early June in the Andaman Islands.
Prominent Malayalam actor Joju George is also set to play a crucial role. This major production will be backed by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and Stone Bench Films, with music composed by Santosh Narayanan.
