Baahubali star Sathyaraj, renowned for his portrayal of Kattappa, is rumored to take on the role of a villain in Salman Khan's upcoming film Sikandar. Reports suggest that this character will showcase his talent for playing antagonistic roles.
The official cast confirmation is still awaited. However, alongside Salman Khan and Sathyaraj, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna in the lead female role. Additionally, Suniel Shetty and Prateik Babbar will feature prominently, contributing to the film's robust ensemble.
Directed by AR Murugadoss, Sikandar is slated for an Eid 2025 release. With a budget of approximately Rs. 400 crore, it stands as one of the most ambitious projects of recent times. The film will be shot in Portugal, other European countries, and various locations in India. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala is spearheading this grand venture, and the team is preparing for an exhilarating shoot.
